The main function of the Business Affairs Department is to maintain the financial goals of the District to enhance and support the instruction of our students. The department is also responsible for the management of the District's financial planning and fiscal accountability. These goals are achieved through service orientation, as well as consistent communication, internally and externally, with all stakeholders.
The Business Affairs Department is dedicated to the success of the District by providing administrative and logistical support. By committing the time and resources to develop all areas of the business department; which includes budgeting, accounting, payroll, accounts payable, grant management, purchasing, and buildings & grounds, will ensure and maintain the financial integrity of the District. We strive to provide students, faculty and the community with the necessary financial management, expertise and support to achieve excellence in their personal and professional lives.
